SIMKL offers flexible subscription plans, providing users with premium features for enhanced tracking and customization. This FAQ section covers common questions related to billing, payments, renewals, cancellations, and refunds to ensure a smooth experience for subscribers.

### **Subscription Plans on SIMKL**

SIMKL offers **five different plans** to suit user needs:

1. **PRO** - Yearly plan with premium features like no ads, private profiles, and custom lists.
2. **VIP** - All PRO features plus advanced tools like JSON backups, calendar sync, and more.
3. **Lifetime VIP** - A one-time payment for permanent VIP access.
4. **Students & Teacher Plan** - Discounted VIP plan for eligible students and teachers.
5. **Supporter (Super Power User)** - A low-cost monthly subscription that supports SIMKL and grants perks.

### **Billing & Payment Questions**

#### **1. What Payment Methods Does SIMKL Accept?**

SIMKL accepts payments through:

* **Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, etc.)**
* **PayPal** (for secure transactions)
* **Google Pay/Apple Pay** (on supported devices)

#### **2. How Do I Pay via PayPal?**

To pay with **PayPal**, follow these steps:

1. Go to the [Subscription Page](https://simkl.com/vip/).
2. Choose your preferred plan (PRO, VIP, or Lifetime VIP).
3. Select **Pay with PayPal** during checkout.
4. Log in to your PayPal account and confirm the payment.

#### **4. How Can I See My Payment History & Billing?**

To check your payment history:

1. Navigate to **VIP Page**.
2. Click on **Update Payment info**.
3. View **past payments, renewal dates, and billing history**.

#### **5. Does SIMKL Offer Regional Pricing?**

No, SIMKL does **not currently offer regional pricing**. Subscription costs are the same worldwide. Prices are set in **USD**, and exchange rates apply when paying in other currencies.

#### **6. Is the subscription one-time or recurring?**

* **PRO Plan:** Billed annually and auto-renews unless canceled.
* **VIP Plan:** Billed twice a year ($34.99 every 6 months) and auto-renews.
* **Lifetime VIP:** One-time payment, no recurring charges.

#### **7. How to Subscribe to Monthly Billing on SIMKL?**

Monthly billing is only available for:

* **Supporter Plan** ($1/month)
* **Student & Teacher Plan** ($2.99/month)

To subscribe:

1. Select a plan that offers **monthly billing**.
2. Choose the **monthly payment option**.
3. Enter payment details and confirm.

#### **8. Can I Gift a Subscription to Friends or Other SIMKL Members?**

No! SIMKL currently does not allow Subscription Gifting, but maybe in the future! (Contact SIMKL Support for Gifting)

#### **9. How Do I Upgrade from PRO to VIP?**

If you already have a **PRO plan** and want to upgrade to **VIP**:

1. Visit the [**SIMKL Subscription Page**](https://simkl.com/vip/).
2. Choose between **PRO, VIP, or Lifetime VIP** plans.
3. Click on **"Choose this Plan"** under your preferred option.
4. Complete the payment process using one of the accepted payment methods.
5. Your subscription will be activated immediately upon successful payment.

#### **10. Can I pause my subscription instead of canceling?**

Currently, SIMKL does not offer an option to pause subscriptions. If you cancel, you will need to re-subscribe manually when you want to regain PRO/VIP access.

#### **11. Do I get a receipt for my payment?**

Yes! You will receive a confirmation email with your **payment receipt** after each transaction. You will receive these ither from Paypal or Stripe to the email you entered during payment.

12. **What is the difference between VIP and Lifetime VIP?**

* **VIP**: Recurring **twice a year** payment with access to all premium features.
* **Lifetime VIP**: One-time payment, and you get VIP benefits **forever**, with no future charges. List available features on a VIP plan is subject to change and updates for all VIP members, lifetime or not.
