# Facing Browser Extension Problems, Does not work?

## (1) Try this first

## (2) Then Follow these steps

* Remove the extension from the browser and reinstall it. (<https://simkl.com/apps/chrome/>)
* Restart your browser. (Make sure you close all tabs or anything running in background)
* Make sure you have allowed the site access.

* Make sure you have connected and enabled Netflix & Crunchyroll
