# How to Whitelist Simkl Notifications Emails

**`Stay updated with the latest episodes and updates from Simkl by ensuring our emails reach your inbox.`**

Sometimes, email providers may mistakenly filter legitimate emails into spam or junk folders. By whitelisting our email address, **<notifications@simkl.com>**, you guarantee that our communications are always delivered to you.

If your email is not yet verified, please visit [Simkl Notification Settings](https://simkl.com/settings/notifications/) - [ https://simkl.com/settings/notifications/ ](https://simkl.com/settings/notifications/)to resend the verification email.

***

## Why Whitelisting is Important

Email providers use filters to protect you from unwanted emails, but sometimes they mistakenly categorize legitimate messages as spam. Whitelisting ensures that emails from trusted sources like Simkl are recognized and delivered directly to your inbox.

***

## General Instructions

Regardless of your email provider, the following general steps can help ensure you receive our emails:

1. **Add Simkl to Your Contacts or Address Book**: This signals to your email provider that you trust emails from us.
2. **Mark Emails as "Not Spam" or "Not Junk"**: If you find an email from us in your spam or junk folder, marking it as "Not Spam" helps your email provider learn your preferences.
3. **Create a Filter or Rule**: Set up a filter to automatically direct emails from **<notifications@simkl.com>** to your inbox.
