## FAQ

**Q1. Can I manage mobile app logins from this page?**\
This page manages *browser-based* sessions. For mobile app access, visit [**Connected Apps**](/how-to-use-simkl/account-and-billing/account-management/managing-connected-services.md) instead.

**Q2. Why do I see “Unknown Browser”?**\
Some privacy-focused browsers or network settings may hide device details. You can safely log out of these if you don’t recognize them.

**Q3. What does “Uncommon Location” mean?**\
SIMKL detects logins from regions or IP addresses you haven’t used before and marks them as uncommon for your awareness. If you recognize the login (e.g., VPN or travel), you can ignore it.

**Q4. How often is the list refreshed automatically?**\
Session data updates in real-time. Use the **Refresh** button if you want to manually recheck after recent changes.

**Q5. What happens if I log out of a session remotely?**\
That browser/device will be instantly signed out of your account and will need to log in again using valid credentials.

**Q6. Can I log out from connected apps here?**\
No, this page only manages browser sessions.

For apps or integrations, go to **Settings → Connected Apps**
