# What file formats are supported when importing data to Simkl?

Simkl supports CSV and JSON import using the SIMKL format.

You cannot import random CSV files not formatted the Simkl way. So make sure your CSV file for example has column headers with titles as described in the Simkl import format as described at <https://simkl.com/apps/import/csv/> at the bottom of the page.
